Wow, that worked! I didn’t realize it was missed. It’s interesting you checked the drivers in Device Manager—everything showed as “This is the latest driver.” Even though they were all from 2020, I found an Intel update just two months prior and installed it. Now everything seems to be functioning perfectly. My only thought is why these drivers weren’t updated during a brand-new installation? This was a fresh download after all… A lot of frustration for such a simple solution!
