Open Start, enter 'Computer Management', then go to Storage. In Disk Management you'll see the 1 TB drive marked with a black stripe. Click on it, select Format, and proceed with the steps.

I tap it with the right-click and see these choices appear: Convert to Dynamic Disc, Convert to GPT Disk Offline Properties, and Help.

Are you tapping the area beneath the black line or the space to the left of it labeled Disk 1? I think you should right-click there instead of the right side.

When you press the right-click menu, it displays a new option. After reviewing the settings, I realized the issue. By selecting the next level in the options, it resolved the problem. Thank you!
