I purchased the Sanhok event pass because it seemed interesting, but I’m unsure about the reason. My Steam account refuses to activate it, insisting I must first unlock the original game. Since I’ve been playing PUBG for several months, I’m puzzled as to why this isn’t working. Although it’s not a costly DLC, I thought re-buying might be easier. I already have the code, but it doesn’t activate. I also bought the Sanhok pass from Green Man Gaming and don’t recall where I originally obtained PUBG.
Confirming your understanding: you can play Sanhok without the even pass. The event pass only grants access to missions that unlock skins. It feels like a basic progression system with minimal investment.
