When prices fall or there’s a discount available. Probably not worth paying 60€ for a game that’s over 2 years old. I might reconsider if it isn’t just a port and offers a great PC version, but I’m unlikely to see that happen.
I had already placed the order, but over the past two years Rockstar has dropped from being my favorite company to matching Ubisoft’s level. The excessive greed shown in the mostly superfluous spread of releases across platforms just to boost profits left a really unpleasant impression.
I'll check the performance by watching videos of people using it under various settings and see how well it translates. I've stopped keeping extra content and pre-ordering games because the ports have become so poor—like with GTA 4. If we don't support DLC or pre-orders, the issue should disappear, letting us enjoy higher quality titles. Still, I'm excited to find out if it's worth it; they've been showing off impressive specs and 4K screenshots, and I bought it for my PS3, eager to play it again at maximum settings with 60fps.
