I prefer using HWInfo64 for monitoring. MSI Afterburner offers a useful overlay for tracking temperatures, frequencies, and usage during games. The Time Spy tool is included in the 3dMark benchmarking suite on Steam. The complete benchmark requires payment, though key details are accessible in the free demo.

The program is called the system monitor or graphics monitor. It shows the CPU usage and FPS in the top corner of many games.

I’ve configured the RAM settings to 3600 17cas. I’m working on the GPU drivers now, searching for compatible motherboard options. I don’t have a GeForce XP installed, I think.
