I'm just starting with overclocking and my core clock is at +270 with the kombustor on. I didn't notice any issues, and after an hour I was at around 60°C. Is this okay for my GPU?

As long as you don't handle the voltage and the temperature remains under 70 degrees, it should be okay.

As long as you avoid touching the voltage and keep the temperature under 70 degrees, it should work. No contact with voltage will help. In +300 coreclock there are some issues, but not at +270. See

Well, this is kinda marginal. Use 250 instead, so you can be safe in ALL circumstances.
