I attempted to clean and organize the cables because the inside of my PC looked unpleasant. I had to take out the standard 24-pin RAM since it was stuck, but it was only 8GB generic. I became nervous as it didn’t come off easily even after flipping the clip that held it in place. After removing it, I put it on top of the case panel, but it tipped over and landed on a hard surface. I cleaned it with a towel and some rubbing alcohol because it was quite dusty. Then I reinstalled it onto the motherboard after finishing the cable work, and tried turning on the PC. The CPU fan was running but there were warning lights—usually an orange one for LAN? I didn’t have money for a professional check yet and needed to keep using the machine for school. Help me!

Reinstall the RAM. It may not be seated properly. Remove it again and press gently from both sides until it clicks. Verify the slot is correctly aligned. Using rubbing alcohol won’t harm the RAM.

First step would be to reinstall the RAM, CPU, and PSU connectors.

I changed it multiple times and tried another slot too. Every time I inserted it, it didn’t produce a click sound. It feels extremely snug. The RAM is DDR4, matching the manual instructions exactly. I’m using a Gigabyte H110M-H motherboard. I really don’t remember anymore :v Thank you for the advice!

That’s already been checked, it’s still running but not booting. Maybe adding more RAM could help. ;_;

That's what happened, and I didn't see anything else. Thanks for the hint!
