No concept here. Test it on a different machine; if it fails on either, try another source: https://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/. Start with version 7.04, then 8.04, and so on until you find what works. When installing ventoy to the USB, confirm whether it uses MBR or UEFI mode. Use the ventoy -h help menu to see available options. You’ll need to reformat the entire flash drive and run ventoy -i /dev/sd (the letter of your USB disk) if you want to switch to GPT partition table, which won’t work on older systems. By default, ventoy operates in MBR mode, but using -i plus -g will activate GPT mode. If you haven’t seen LM 19 wallpapers, consider checking the Linux Mint wallpaper archive on GitHub.

The simplest method to check your Linux disk's condition is to start in live mode, explore it, and try some applications. During installation, use open-source drivers unless your card is from NVidia, after which you can add proprietary ones if necessary.
