It includes Samsung RAM modules, and now it's being fitted with custom water cooling along with RAM and VRM heatsinks. I'll share the latest status soon.
They apply strong voltages to reach those levels, which can pose risks with the overall setup. Often achieving a solid multi-core boost through overclocking works better, while keeping the system in stock provides better performance stability.
As mentioned, I'm also swapping out my MB because it's causing unstable voltage.
I'm moving from a 7700k to the 5900X. I wasn't sure whether an 8 or 12 core would be better, but the extra $100 for 12 cores seems worth it. Right now I'm leaning toward the X570 Asus Prime Pro.
