This product is no longer suitable. Firmware updates are necessary for new CPUs and RAM. I overlooked the fact that you can connect your two monitors to the graphics card—reportedly it supports up to four monitors. You can find affordable cables from DP to HDMI on Amazon if needed.

I planned to purchase a new monitor because my old one was outdated, so I’ll use it as a second display. I’ll connect via dp on the new one. Additionally, I noticed frequent crashes, especially in games, which I thought were caused by the resizable bar in AMD settings. After adjusting it, GPU access improved and the crashes decreased, mainly affecting PlayStation titles like The Last of Us and God of War. Now they happen less often even after hours of play.

It could be a compatibility problem with the games, though this is the first time I've encountered it. Without a resizable bar, the system still uses GPU memory in smaller portions (around 256 MB at a time). These three main parts affect RAM: the RAM modules, the CPU, and the motherboard. The CPU and RAM are straightforward to inspect—you can reinsert them and verify their condition. Try using them in another machine to confirm functionality. If everything checks out there, the issue likely lies with the motherboard. Upgrading the BIOS usually voids warranty, so you might need to return or switch to a different model. For Intel 12th gen and DDR5 RAM, many motherboards are compatible. Good luck!

I’ve already reinserted the CPU twice, which suggests there might be a bent pin in the socket. If none are bent, it could point to a motherboard problem. Until then, I’ll stick with what I have since I haven’t faced major issues except for some RAM not working in certain slots. Right now I’m using inconvenient RAM slots, but I plan to replace my faulty board with a new one from another manufacturer—likely AsRock or ASUS. I want to get the new board before the warranty expires on the old one so I can file a claim. Thanks for your assistance!

I reached out to Gigabyte and they confirmed that updating my BIOS wouldn’t void my warranty. I changed it from F9 to F10, and the RAM is working perfectly now. After rerunning memtest86, I saw zero errors—no issues compared to the 3000 errors before I started troubleshooting.
