Did you adjust any settings recently or update anything behind the scenes? It seems there might be a texture mapping problem. Integrated graphics add extra complexity since system memory is often used for VRAM, which can make debugging difficult. Any software or driver—such as for a new printer—could be the cause. You might try reducing FPS, using VSYNC, or playing in windowed full screen if possible. Are other games experiencing the same issue? It could also relate to Steam.

Two things I would try since it is a recent issue that just started. Try lower the clock the speed on the IGP, I have seen rendering become fractured when the the GPU cores can't handle the clock rates. There might be something going on with the IGP cores, unlikely but you never know. You can also try using one stick of RAM, funky stuff can happen when RAM starts having issues.

I'm unable to adjust clock speeds because my motherboard doesn't support OC settings.

It might be due to a Windows security patch and I unintentionally installed the drivers with it.

Thank you for your assistance. I turned fullscreen off and on, but it came back to normal without me realizing.
