I've faced issues with XMP on my ASRock B450A/C motherboard. I tried setting my RAM to the advertised speed of 3200 MHz, but it keeps showing 2133 MHz. It's my birthday and I just got this PC built—help needed!

First generation Ryzen requires more careful setup compared to later models regarding RAM. For your particular motherboard, anything over 2666Mhz is considered OC (for first-gen Ryzen), meaning Asrock can't ensure smooth performance at those speeds. Go to the "Memory" section and check Summit Ridge.
