My setup details: CPU model AMD Ryzen 9 7900X, cooler ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 420, motherboard GIGABYTE X670E AORUS MASTER, hard drive WD_BLACK SN850X NVMe M.2 2280, graphics ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4090 OC Edition, power supply Corsair HX Series, OS Windows 11.

Recent changes: I performed a standard Windows 11 update during shutdown. Subsequent restarts let me access most applications smoothly. However, downloading or installing software would cause immediate crashes and reboots. After recovery, I noticed odd behavior—only one monitor active, flickering, scaling down, and GPU not detected by monitoring tools. Eventually it stabilized.

Since reinstalling Windows, I haven’t applied OS updates, but I’ve updated my Nvidia drivers. Others have similar experiences:

- Before the main update, the second monitor would go black on startup, though Windows still recognized it.
- Around one crash, a critical event appeared in Kernel-Power warning about a clean shutdown failure.
- Stonvme reported errors on RaidPort3 and RaidPort2 controllers.
- NVIDIA logged events about the GPU not responding.

I’m also seeing other oddities—tabs out of games cause crashes when switching between windows, and I’ve noticed performance drops under heavy multitasking. Any advice or solutions for these issues?
