I'm using a Ryzen 5 3400G with two DDR4 8GB sticks from HyperX, and after turning on XMP, games lag suddenly and drop to around 8 frames per second for a few seconds.

I disabled it and it works fine, but the performance is low. I need a higher rate so my integrated graphics function properly.

I deleted xmp by mistake and it stopped working, causing unexpected FPS drops.

It's a bit worse now, consistently at 50 fps but now ranging from 40 to 45

Your thermal readings are normal, power consumption is stable, RAM usage is within expected range, and CPU utilization is consistent.
