Hello, I'm here to help with your PC build issues. You're experiencing random crashes where only the fans spin while the system freezes. It seems like a power issue rather than a temperature problem, since you haven't seen the CPU exceed 88°C. When you first assembled the PC, you undervolted it and it ran smoothly during stress tests. After that, instability occurred, forcing you to reset the undervolt settings. Now it happens again, so you've set default BIOS settings but haven't had success. Your motherboard has a driver error, and you're using outdated BIOS that needs flashing for browser crashes. The RAM is showing a CMOS error. Your specs include an ASUS TUF Gaming B650-E motherboard, Kingston NV3 M.2 NVMe Gen 4 SSD, Corsair 32GB DDR5 RAM, AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, Radeon RX 7800 XT GPU, MSI MAG A850GL PCIe 5.0 motherboard, Zalman Alpha 2 A24, and DeepCool case. You plan to flash the BIOS later today, and if that fails, you'll reset the CMOS or troubleshoot the RAM. What do you think might be causing this?

It doesn’t start up at all, not even after I replace the RAM, just the fans begin to spin

CMOS appears faulty, especially with the 5200CL40 model. Would you like to return it and receive a QVL for the 6000CL30 instead?

Return the RAM and it should improve. It functions properly now, which is unusual since I only changed their positions (a2 to b2 and b2 to a2). If this repeats, I might reset the CMOS.
