I experience frequent frame drops while playing League of Legends, whether in lane, team fights, or during elemental dragon spawns. I’m puzzled since the game runs smoothly at around 144fps thanks to v-sync, but still drops to about 101fps even with maximum settings. I suspect something might be affecting performance, though I’m not entirely sure. I’ve disabled v-sync and it still struggles to maintain 101fps or lower. PC specs include a Ryzen 7 3700X, RTX 2080 Super, 16GB DDR4 RAM, and cooling via NZXT Kraken. I also play games like Rainbow Six Siege at full settings except for anti-aliasing, which is set to T-AA with max render scaling. Thank you for reading—I hope this helps!

It might be the RAM and CPU. It could also be a Windows update or another background process. I’d check that the RAM is functioning properly or adjust the timing settings, since this can significantly impact performance.
