Hi everyone, after reviewing the memory specs, I went ahead and installed a set of RAM today from Newegg. At first, it worked perfectly on my motherboard QVL, which was part of the RAMs QVL (Asus Strix X570-E). But now that I own a Ryzen 5000 and a new 5900X, compatibility has been removed from the motherboards list. I’m curious why this kit isn’t running at its advertised speeds yet. I’d like to find out before I open the box and start using it. Thanks in advance!

Motherboard specifications usually refer to pre-approved memory options, not a complete compatibility guide. The 5000 series behaves similarly to the 3000 series, so issues are unlikely.
