I'm sorry to hear that. It sounds like your device has suddenly stopped working properly. Since this is the first time it's happened, you might want to check the basics—like power connections, software updates, or any error messages. If the issue persists, consider reaching out to customer support for further assistance.

It would be great, wouldn't it? The problem began after upgrading to Windows 8. My SeaGate 2TB HDD works fine, but the system stutters and doesn’t respond properly—can’t search or use the taskbar. The HDD usage is only at 1%. I’ll share the specs soon.

Ask the AI to handle it; a Google would manage it. I’d perform a full Windows update.

It continues even after installation. I tried reinstalling Windows, but it hasn’t worked yet.

Do you need the specifications? If it's running slowly, consider a fresh installation—it might be a virus.

I realized the mouse scroll wheel was damaged in the down position, making it impossible to use the task bar or control programs. It's a cool discovery.

That sounds intriguing... but it might actually be the most unusual scenario we've encountered so far.

It was the matter. I've been without a problem since I corrected my mouse.
