Your Windows 11 laptop is blocking downloads from Adobe.
You recently purchased a two-in-one HP laptop from Best Buy for photo editing. When trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud, the system mistakenly identifies you as using a mobile device instead of a desktop. Additionally, downloading from the Microsoft Store triggers an internet connection error (code 0x8D050003). There may be solutions to resolve this issue, but it could depend on your device settings and network configuration.
Are you using a tablet? Consider changing to desktop mode. https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1013056/
I don’t understand how to exit tablet mode. It seems like you’re using it the same way as a laptop, but you’re having trouble downloading Adobe. I tried restarting the PC and updating everything, and even checking Geek Squad got me yelled at for not being able to download Adobe on a tablet. That’s really frustrating!
This appears to be a Windows 11 S mode problem. A full reinstall might be necessary.
Hey, I missed S mode too! You can change out of it, but once you're in, you can't come back. (Unless your laptop is super powerful.)
