On the left side, begin with Start, Settings, Ease of Access, Color and High Contrast. Disable the "Apply color filter" option.

I recall doing it on school computers too, plus flipping the colors. It was fun since the teachers would get really upset.

Ease of Access is not Easy access. The settings gear is the cog symbol on the left, click it after pressing the start button
