I visited myip . Com and then my RAM increased to 70-80% after installing Malwarebytes and closing certain programs via Task Manager. I managed to lower it to 60, but there are still over 30 service hosts and some unknown programs that keep appearing and vanishing, coming back no matter how many times I end the task. I’m sure it’s a website virus.

Gather system details and recent software from the past two weeks or when the problem started. Capture a screenshot of active processes in Task Manager.

The system runs Ryzen 5 3550h with 8GB RAM and Windows 11. For downloading apps, I only saved Malwarebytes and Avast issues from yesterday.

No downloads or visits to suspicious sites were made. Antivirus software can sometimes include adware.

The issue is the slow performance caused by limited RAM, making it hard to run a heavy operating system smoothly.

Consider adding malwarebytes for free, which should clear everything. If that doesn’t work, check Windows Defender to see if it detects and removes threats.
