I intend to keep my CPU running continuously at 5.2 GHz on an I7 9700K. It’s stable at around 1.392 volts during both gaming and idle times, with temperatures staying under 70°C. Measuring voltage is below 70°C, so I’m concerned about long-term effects. Do you think maintaining 1.4V could affect its lifespan?

This can affect voltage stability, leading to more fluctuations and potential damage over time. CPU-Z may display inaccurate readings. Which board are you working with?

These aren't great voltage levels, but they won't do much damage... for the 8th and 9th generation up to 1.41 it should be fine.
