In general, press 'F' to open the table and use 'Tab' to navigate. Within the ships area, position the desired ship at the center. Proceed through the different module sections, removing the components you wish to relocate in their respective subsections. For weapons, remember to pick up the mounts as well. Finally, choose your ship and drag in weapons and other modules to achieve the outcome you want.
