adjusted my vcore to 1.380v but it increased to 1.408v. why is this happening? i have it in manual mode, i know it can drop, but i’m confused about why it jumps. what settings in my bios can i change to prevent it from going above 1.30v?

Are you sure your LLC is configured at a high setting? This could lead to voltage overshoot, especially when minimal current flows through the CPU.

Yeah, I've experimented with various levels. I've chosen to raise my voltage to 1.392 with an LLC level of 5. It seems fine so far—it doesn't spike but does dip slightly to 1.372, which isn't stable for my 5GHz OC. I might try level 6 next.
