Bios is functioning correctly now with the recent reset. Settings updates are working after another reboot. I'm still trying to figure out what caused the issue but will approach it step by step. It's currently running at 4.6ghz. On Cinebench, only two squares are being tested in the multi-core test—though all cores are active.
