I tried updating my system settings, but everything still reported as 3200 MHz and dual channel. My RAM appears to be showing up in Task Manager with single channel and a lower frequency. The manual suggested using A2 and B2 slots for dual channel, yet the BIOS still lists it as single channel. I also enabled XMP profiles and changed the frequency to 3200, but performance remains at 2400 MHz. In Task Manager, my RAM is marked as 'hardware reserved'—I’m not sure what to do about that. Could someone assist me? Thank you!

It might be related to the motherboard's RAM handling rather than your RAM being faulty. Check if the system recognizes the correct amount of RAM and ensure there are no driver issues.
