I’ll get my new PC soon and plan to run this game. It has an i7-4770, 8GB RAM at 1866MHz, and an ASUS GTX 750 Ti OC with 2GB GPU. I’m playing at 1680x1050, not mid-loading at 720p, but fullscreen would be ideal. I’ll consider it playable if it runs at 40+ FPS.

You'll perform well with those specifications, handling high settings smoothly—though 60 FPS might be a stretch. A medium or lower configuration will work just fine. Upgrading your PC could be worthwhile; your CPU is solid and will last for years, but the GPU may become outdated if you need higher resolutions. An upgrade to something like an R9 380 would make a noticeable difference.

Medium performance is acceptable at about 60 frames per second. With 4GB of RAM and an FX 4100, the system could handle it more smoothly.

It should operate at 60 frames per second on a medium setting.

Consider Battlefield 4 with a 750ti, it feels quite alike.

I'm planning to upgrade to an R9 380 (or wait for a better option from Nvidia by then) in April, near my birthday.

This would be a great suggestion. A modernization would benefit you.
