Your system is overheating memory!
I added two more Patriot RAM modules and successfully reduced the voltage from 1.5 V to 1.2 V at a frequency of 1600 MHz. MemTest86 reported no issues. This was a fascinating outcome—either I got great memory samples or the motherboard adjusted the voltage compared to the BIOS settings.
Keep an eye on the situation and consider switching to a different chip if needed. Your progress is encouraging, but sometimes XMP profiles can cause issues, especially if they interfere with voltage settings or BIOS configurations. Be mindful that applying an XMP profile may override your manual voltage adjustments, potentially leading to unexpected higher voltages. You already have test points available on the board for measuring voltages—use a multimeter to verify readings and observe how changes impact performance.
