Turn off DOCP, choose manual mode. Check the SPD in BIOS or install Aida64 for full memory XMP profile. Navigate to Aida->motherboard-SPD, set BIOS settings: DRM voltage 1.35V, frequency 3200Hz, enter timings from Aida/SPD (note them and take a photo). Keep other settings auto. It works about 90% of the time with 3200/CL16/14. If unsure, test at higher IMC voltage first but try auto first.
