Do you want to know if you can set up the games? Of course, why not?

Occasionally, some games might disappear. It's always a good idea to have a backup ready. Saves are usually stored in the Steam cloud, though this isn't guaranteed. For installs, simply reinstalling should work fine.

The files are linked to your profile. After signing in, you can re-download them or move the games to an external storage, copy them onto another computer, and place the folder in Steam’s library.

You just reinstalled them, it’s best to copy your installs onto another SSD or HDD. This is much quicker when you have many games installed—like 300GB on Steam—and you can retain all your mods.
