Steam and Origin files located in the designated folders. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common

Start-up menu refers to the initial button in Windows 7 and earlier. You can assign a folder for each game if needed. Steam handles this via its install menu for each title. Origin requires you to pick a folder before downloading from settings.
