I observed this problem around three months ago. Often after restarting or shutting down my laptop, many startup applications fail to load upon boot, and the taskbar doesn’t show them either. The startup directory appears empty, and the Windows startup option is disabled. I’m unsure if it’s a registry issue or a virus. Need assistance. It’s really annoying.
