I started my computer and noticed it runs slowly. I looked at Task Manager and saw the SSD usage is full on performance, but processes show only 50%. After a restart, it stabilized for a while, though there were occasional spikes to 100%. Could something be causing this inconsistency?

It explains that 50% usage in the processes tab comes from having two drives, with one running at full capacity and the other idle. This balances the percentage. The issue might be related to Ethernet usage, possibly due to Windows updates being downloaded or installed.
