There seems to be an inconsistency in your internet performance. No network updates were happening at the time. The only known change was a PC Windows update. Disconnecting and reconnecting improved slightly, but not enough. Switching Ethernet cables didn’t help. Speedtest results before and after reconnecting are available for reference.
