I just got a Windows 10 machine (we exchanged it, promise!) and don’t have the password. I’m trying to boot into safe mode, access the BIOS, or bypass the login step altogether. Any advice would be really helpful.

This resource should assist you. You might also consider reinstalling Windows entirely by downloading the ISO and generating a bootable USB or CD from it.

Take the hard drive out and plug it into a different MOMO, then use the tool described to pull the user data. If this fails, I have no solutions left.
