I fixed my stuttering problems twice by adding more RAM to my system. I still have tiny stutters that persist. Recently, I bought a 3600Mhz RAM after remembering it helped before. There are some minor electrical problems in my house that make the lights flicker sometimes. The same issue happened yesterday and now the stutters are coming back, even though everything was fine last time. Why does the MOBO or whatever is focusing only on the RAM cause the RAM to fail while other parts stay okay?

Have you checked with MemTest86 on your RAM to confirm there are no issues?

It seems you're looking to purchase a UPS for better power management.

Check if voltage fluctuations are interfering with the motherboard's settings.

I've reviewed the Memory XMP profiles, and they seem consistent. The issue might not be related to the RMA process itself.

But I'm sure it can handle it. It's probable to find some mistakes. Just putting in new RAM before any power problems should fix everything. That means I don't have to verify the errors myself, but I'll run a Memtest anyway.

I doubt RAM is the problem, but no matter the cause of your stutters, if you live in an area prone to brownouts, it’s wise to buy a UPS.

I'm seeing a clear fix by adding fresh RAM. The problem began right after the last power surge. Running a memtest this evening.
