Game: COD Warzone is experiencing reduced FPS at 1080p with a 5700 xt overclocked and a Ryzen 1700x tuned to 3.9GHZ. Temperatures are normal, ranging between 55°C and 65°C. GPU performance stays between 55°C-65°C, CPU also within that range. The game runs choppy at around 80fps on average, unlike the smooth 144fps at 1080p previously. RAM is 16GB at 3000MHz.

Technically a bottleneck exists, but here it isn't. Remove the CMOS, eliminate the overclock, and verify. Ensure XMP/DOCP is activated too.

DocP is a tool for your BIOS, it improved FPS to 165fps and further testing. XMP is a different feature—check if you need it separately.
