I noticed that my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 is not using 100% recently. Started happening 2 days ago. I don't know what is causing this. My specs will be listed. Also to add I looked at furmark and someone else that has a 3070 has around 200 fps at 1080p while I only get around 140fps at 1080p preset. (If this any correlation which I doubt but I use intel extreme tuning for my cpu cause alienware limits my cpu to 65w when I can use it at 100w just fine.) The top pic is before and the bottom pic is after. These both have my power 109% and temp is 90C. I also have the cpu watt limit at 115 cause my Alienware BIOS caps it at 65 watts. Hardware details matter when clocks are normal—it likely points to an issue.

Yes, there are tools available to adjust power settings on your GPU. It's unlikely Alienware restricts you from modifying these configurations.

I use only MSI Afterburner and Alienware Command Center. I don’t have advanced skills for configuring them in Afterburner.

Afterburner helps you check your GPU power configurations. When you launch it, you’ll find a control for “Power Target” or a limit on power usage. A lower setting should be visible clearly.

I receive 50C in Far Cry 3 at 70fps to 114fps windowed fullscreen. Streaming to 114fps on R6S 214 fps average fullscreen yields 70C to 75C. On Discord at 1080p 60fps CSGO, I see 52C-60C at 200 to 300fps in both windowed and fullscreen modes. No temperature readings were taken; benchmarks were run on R6S with Vulkan Ultra preset.
