I don't know whether the issue is hardware or software-related. The motherboard and LED ports aren't showing the green color cycle. In static mode there are no problems with color display, but when cycling through colors it skips green and becomes darker. I've tried removing and reinstalling the latest software update, turning off and on the computer, unplugging the power cord, updating drivers and BIOS, but nothing has worked. I'm feeling frustrated and stuck.
