It runs at 2666mhz but the system only boots up to 2400mhz. The board and CPU support speeds up to 2666mhz, and RAM is rated for 3000mhz. I’m unsure why it fails at higher frequencies. I adjusted the voltage slightly to 4 on the XMP profile, but it didn’t help.

Don't worry about the details, the difference between 2400 and 2666 is minimal and probably not noticeable

It might stem from the RAM speed settings. If the XMP timings are more precise than what the motherboard or CPU memory controller supports, that could cause issues.
