You're seeing a lower frequency than advertised because your BIOS is set to 2666MHz instead of the default 1333MHz. Check the BIOS settings and enable XMP profile for your RAM. Make sure your RAM supports XMP and that you're selecting the correct frequency in the BIOS.

DDR stands for Double Data Rate. 1333x2 equals 2666.

Check if CPU-Z includes this info in its help section, since there’s a discussion thread on the forum regularly. DDR stands for Double Data Rate, meaning you should double the value shown to get your real RAM speed.
