Your RAM isn't operating at its intended performance level.
My motherboard is a ROG STIX GAMING board with Wi-Fi, Ryzen 7 5800X and a 6900X chipset. I'm using the crosair vengeance RGB Pro memory kit at 3600MHz dual channels. It's only showing around 2666MHz during task manager, while the CPU reports about 1330.6MHz. I've already enabled the DOCP profile and saved it.
When you activate DOCP, did you preserve the BIOS and pause for a moment? Occasionally it needs to restart a few times so the system learns how to operate optimally. If yes, revisit the BIOS and try choosing a different profile using DOCP. Note that Task Manager or CPU-Z will show lower speeds than the BIOS/memory—e.g., 1333Mhz instead of the actual rate.
Successfully resolved the issue by enabling DOCP; however, the memory frequency remained set to auto. Switching to EZ mode and selecting the appropriate profile adjusted it to 3600mhz.
