My pc https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3pz8wc When I power on my computer nothing appears on the screen. The red light above the RAM slot is lit, and the PC won’t shut down even when I press the power button. Instead, the top case fan slows down for a few seconds before restarting, and the red light alternates between the CPU label and the RAM. I’ve checked all four RAM slots and confirmed the RAM is properly seated, as well as the CPU. Everything else seems new except the GPU. The issue started when I first tried booting the system. Also, there was an optical drive connected with a Windows 10 disc during the first boot, but I used SATA data cables from the old motherboard. Please assist.

Disconnect all components except the motherboard power, CPU power, CPU fan, and RAM. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, attempt to flash the latest BIOS version using Qflash. If that fails, I have a comparable configuration with my CPU LED active without post and there was another similar board with the same problem in the past week.

Yes, you can still use qflash without a computer display.

It’s clear the process is functioning properly because a blinking light near the flash button will illuminate and stay on for a few minutes while the BIOS is being displayed. You can locate numerous tutorials demonstrating this method.
