The tomahawk should work with 3600, but it’s currently at 1800. I recommend clearing the CMOS and loading XMP 1. If that doesn’t boot at 3600, try 2933 and see if it works.

I followed your instructions and am currently operating at 2933MHz. Probably 3600MHz is a bit too high.

Technically exceeding 2933 is considered an overclock for zen +'s imc. It falls under a specific section. Adjust the SOC to 1.15 and DRAM to 1.35, then attempt 3200 with xmp/docp enabled and verify.
