my setup is a mobo x570 aorus elite with wifi, cpu 5800x, ram crucial ballistix elite ble2k8g40b, aio nzxt x62, gpu rtx 3060 ti asus rog strix oc, storage crucial p5 1tb, case phanteks p500d rgb. Whenever i go above 3200mhz it restarts three times and drops to 2666mhz. i checked ram specs and changed dr3 memory voltage manually, but it didn't help. some videos suggest boosting soc voltage from 1.000 to 1.100, though that didn't work either. since this is my first build and i'm unsure, i hope someone can assist me.
