You recently relocated to a new residence and noticed your computer producing a clicking sound. This is captured in the video you shared. The system appears relatively new. Could the AIO pump be activating and then shutting down, possibly indicating an impending failure? It seems like the Ryzen 7900X with Corsair 360 mm LCD on an AsRock Phantom 7900 XTX motherboard.

After checking again, it seems your GPU coils are the issue—should you proceed with a return or replacement?

The GPU issue won’t disappear by using it more; it usually resolves itself with time. If it bothers you, slightly lowering the voltage might help without impacting speed since the clock rate stays the same.
