I just needed some assistance with my PC. I installed a new CPU, RAM, GPU, and power supply, but everything is not working. I reset the BIOS by clearing the CMOS, then tried installing the old parts again. Now I’m stuck in BIOS and can’t get into Windows.

You're asking about the meaning of "it won't let me into windows." Are you seeing an error? Is it stuck loading the Windows logo? Does it immediately enter BIOS without progressing? Did you turn off the BIOS splash screen to check for errors (like the image showing only a F button)?

It launches immediately after booting and shows the BIOS right away without any input. When I try to access boot options, nothing appears. Pressing exit and proceeding just causes it to power off briefly before restarting in BIOS. Originally, it said I needed to press F1 to start setup and then enter BIOS, but that never happened again.

From your screen image you notice the physical drive isn't showing up, verify it's properly connected. If you're using a SATA drive, ensure the power cable is functioning correctly. Once connected, after resetting the CMOS, review these points: 1) Confirm you haven't switched boot mode from UEFI to Legacy or the other way around, as this affects boot options in BIOS. 2) Adjust the hard drive settings to the mode you previously configured.
