I've got a fresh setup that worked well at first but now I'm facing serious CPU issues while gaming. The processor jumps to full load unexpectedly, causing the game to freeze for a few seconds. I've tried turning off background apps, removing unused programs, switching rendering settings, and keeping the task manager open, yet the problem persists. My GPU remains cool even during spikes, but my CPU stays high. I'm not sure what to do next. I'm considering a BIOS update but want advice before jumping in. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to share your thoughts below. Thanks ahead!

The RAM speeds vary, but typical max rates are around 3200–3600 MHz. EXPO is available for some systems and may improve performance on AMD platforms. All components generally operate at their listed frequencies.

Check if your Windows setup is brand new or if you transferred it from another machine. Avoid installing Adrenaline on a system with an Nvidia GPU, as compatibility issues often arise. If you don’t need the integrated graphics, turn them off in the BIOS and then run the AMD drivers.
