I've got a fresh setup that worked well at first but now I'm facing serious CPU issues while gaming. The processor jumps to full load unexpectedly, causing the game to freeze for a few seconds. I've tried turning off background apps, removing unused programs, switching rendering settings, and keeping the task manager open, yet the problem persists. My GPU remains cool even during spikes, but my CPU stays high. I'm not sure what to do next. I'm considering a BIOS update but want advice before jumping in.
