I observed a loading icon next to my cursor while idle. Checking the Task Manager revealed those processes consuming significant CPU resources. Could you explain what’s happening and why these tasks appear? I’ve included the screenshot for reference.

If those entries are genuine svchost files, they belong to Windows. The System Idle Process represents idle CPU usage that shouldn't be included.

For suspicious software installations, perform a scan using MalwareBytes and similar tools. Otherwise, it's safe to proceed.

The description explains that high system idle is typical and simply indicates the CPU is resting—like a 71% idle showing 29% utilization. It suggests you're aware of this behavior yet still suspect an issue, but overall seems normal. A screenshot of the program details would help confirm.

You can try disabling unnecessary programs or services to lower your CPU load. Check your system settings or task manager for any background applications you might not need.

It looks like you're having trouble right-clicking on that process. You should be able to do it with any other process as well.

I shared an updated photo, but your CPU remains at 0% during idle time. The 5% display is due to the cutting tool.

They belong to Windows, which means they probably handle system tasks.
