Hey everyone, I'm not super tech-savvy, but I've got a few basics. When it comes to settings like this, I'm pretty basic. I got my PC built with these specs: CPU i7 - 14700k, GPU RTX 4070, MB RAM ASUS Z790-P. My CPU always runs at max boost whether it's idle or active, and the temperatures keep spiking randomly. cpu.mp4

NZXT CAM is a decent program but may not be very stable. You can notice in the video that the Ghz and clockspeed fluctuate normally. Temperatures also vary slightly even when the system is idle. The PC doesn’t stay completely off and handles background tasks a lot. Nothing seems wrong here at all.
